It is a lot easier to cook healthy meals if you have certain items on hand in your kitchen. 

Pots, Pans, and Appliances

Baking sheet

Large pot with lid

Large frying pan or skillet

Wok with lid (ideally that lid should also fit the frying pan/skillet)

Personal (Smoothie) blender

Cooking Utensils and Related Supplies

Large plastic cooking spoon

Large wooden spoon

Large spatula

Tongs

Set of measuring cups

Set of measuring spoons

Can opener

Silicone cooking/basting/pastry brush (helpful to spread olive or avocado oil around pan after heated)

Parchment paper

Oils/Spices/Seasonings 

Olive oil or avocado oil

Sea salt (grinder recommended)

Black salt (grinder recommended)

Italian seasoning

Old Bay seasoning

Paprika

Garlic powder

Onion powder

Dried parsley

Corn starch

Balsamic vinegar

Dried hot pepper flakes (optional)

Minced or chopped garlic (refrigerate after opening)

Soy sauce (refrigerate after opening)

Worcestershire sauce (refrigerate after opening)

Dijon mustard (refrigerate after opening)

Butter (refrigerate)
