Wok with lid (ideally that lid should also fit the frying pan/skillet)

Silicone cooking/basting/pastry brush (helpful to spread olive or avocado oil around pan after heated)

Sea salt (grinder recommended)

Italian seasoning
Old Bay seasoning
Paprika
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Dried parsley
